Built pre-1950, the house was well known in the village for serving as accommodation for labourers who harvested the olives off this land and others in the area. He has worked for us before and we highly recommend him! The other annex is part old stone, part brick and in a better condition. This could be built up first, then you could live there while building the main house.
The land is mainly terraced, though has a nice big flat section at the bottom. The top of the land overlooks the hills, whereas the lower terraces have lovely views over the property and to the forest next to the land and hills to the side.
